Hooker - Ruben Harrison and Prop - Max Ward both achieve man of the match after a tough game between Devon cup 2025 winners , Newton Abbot . Coaches , players and spectators came together with a mutual agreement , that both Ruben and Max put in the strength and determination of what it takes to be easily chosen as Man of the match.

As a collective tryline has stalls set up in local areas run by our team to help encourage youngsters into this sport. Are stalls are spread out through the weekdays and weekends at Ivybridge RFC so don't be afraid to pop in when passing.

Tryline is a website designed to inspire younger players and allow them to unleash new talents. We do this by targeting a GEN Z audience, we do this by targeting the younger generation from 18yr olds up to 30yr olds.This is the age group that research has found where young adults have just left education and are unsure of their next pathway. Tryline gives them that extra option and allows them to come and have fun and be able to talk to people older or younger than them which is where new windows or chapters may open you them.

Joe Owen exemplifies the spirit of rugby here in Ivybridge, he represents the club of one of our own both on and off the pitch he is an out and out leader within the club. He strives to achieve the best for our club and himself, he always puts himself first.
Seb Lethbridge: The rising star
Meet Seb Lethbridge, one of our most exciting young talents coming up through the ranks here at Tryline Seb is a very exciting young player who originally started his rugby career at the age of 8yrs old at Ivybridge RFC he now has been selected to play for Exeter chiefs U18s squad and is hoping it get a scholarship with a Championship side such as Worcester warriors. here we have a few words from his coach-

Inspiring the next generation
The stories of players like Joe Owen and Seb Lethbridge are more than just match reports, they focus on inspiring the GEN Z audience into getting into rugby and the culture around it allowing people to express there feelings and release there true talents on and off the pitch.
a few words from the club president " these 2 players have the Ivybridge RFC very proud of there recent achievements. both these players have come from the same age group and to have 2 players this special in the same age group is outstanding, they helped push everyone else's motivation and strived to achieve the best outcome by the team and themselves.
At tryline this is what we love to see people who have come through our system to go on and achieve the unthinkable. We hope this encourages youngsters and giver them the chance as these players above.
